- A Broker Tour & an Open House if needed or wanted
- Internet Ads and Listings on Top Real Estate Websites Including: REALTOR.com®, Yahoo®, Trulia®, Zillow®, MSN® creating maximum exposure for your property
- Virtual tour of your home will be placed on You Tube
- Fielding of all calls and inquiries
- Appointments made for showing your property through a professional appointment center. You decide if you want to accept or decline a showing appointment
- Feedback from each showing when available
- Professional contractor network recommendations available for a range of areas, including but not limited to: electricians, plumbers, attorneys, movers, mortgage brokers, carpenters…
- Color brochure provided to point out the highlights of your home to potential buyers and their agents.Additionally, because of my background and knowledge of Custom Home Building, I will give you advice on how best to “stage” your home for today’s home buyer. I will present all Offers to you and Negotiate your offers to Maximize your best possible result!
Commissions on Traditional Full Service Listings:
The commission charged to you at closing for the Traditional Full Service Listing program, is entirely negotiable. After I provide you with a complimentary Comparative Market Analysis, we can discuss commission rates before signing your listing sales contract.
